Terms & Conditions
Duties, taxes and fees: All customs duties, export sanction taxes and insurance fees are included in the shipping price.
Packing: We pack each item into a safely packing which excludes an opportunity of damage. Painting will be packed in a special box.
Delivery: Delivery is worldwide. Painting will be shipped insured within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery by regular mail is about month. If you would like a delivery by express mail, please e-mail about. Please take into account some specific features of international trading of fine art. Should any unforeseen circumstances prevent you from receiving a parcel within five weeks upon acknowledgement receipt, please notify us about this fact. We'll contact with our post office and then notify you about it.
Order receipt: We insure all parcels with fine art and you should check up item and sign a receipt. At reception of a post office you should open a parcel and check up it. If you have found out a damage you should refuse reception of fine art and sign a notice that it was damaged. If you have not refused reception of art work, Gallery-2000 will not accept any claims.
Return policy: As art works of Gallery-2000 are unique, Gallery-2000 does not accept art works back and does not make a refund except cases of a damage of art works during delivery. Taking into consideration conditions of trading of art through Internet Gallery-2000 makes you know that it can not guarantee the strict transfer of colors tints to your computer screen colors; some works have certain differences in color tints because of handwork; some differences in strokes of the paint-brush can take place. These differences can not be a basis for items return. Your order means that you accept our rules.
