Terms & Conditions

Payment: We accept direct payment into our bank account. As artworks of Gallery-2000 are unique and expensive, the wire transfers (using SWIFT) is the preferable way of payment. We can accept payment either by credit card or by Paypal also.

If you wish extra protection for transaction, we can protect it by using deposit system Escrow.com

We do not accept checks.

Duties, taxes and additional fees: If you want to use deposit system Escrow.com for extra protection, the cost of this transaction will be counted separately. All other duties, taxes and insurance fees are included in the shipping price.

Delivery: Delivery is worldwide. Painting will be shipped insured within 7-10 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery is by express mail only.

Packing: Painting will be packed in a special box. We know how to carefully package and ship art treasures. Your purchase will be delivered in good condition without any damages.

Order receipt: We insure all parcels with fine art. When you receive your order, please examine it carefully. You should open the package and examine the painting. After that you should sign the receipt on the delivery. If the artwork is damaged you should refuse reception of the package and sign the notice that it was damaged. If you have not refused reception of art work, Gallery-2000 will not accept any claims.

Return policy: As artworks of Gallery-2000 are unique, the artwork can be returned only if is damaged on delivery.

When you purchase something in Gallery-2000, we want you to be completely satisfied. You can examine the ordered painting before payment. We use USA deposit system Escrow for this purpose. Due to the unique nature of art work a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned.

If the item was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately to resolve this matter.
